The Russian Technical Conference SPE is an important platform for young specialists.

Geosplit continues supporting young oil and gas workers. Traditionally, the company will act as the Program mentor. By investing in projects for young specialists we take care of newcomers and contribute to the oil and gas industry development.

At the beginning of the year, Geosplit headquarters hosted SPE Club students from Ufa State Petroleum Technological University. The best student of the Club became a trainee in our Software Development Group and showed excellent work results. We are planning further development of internship and sponsorship programs, attracting young and talented specialists to our team.
