GeoSplit became a laureate of the State Award for the effective application of advanced technologies "Priority 2.0"

Dear colleagues, we are glad to share with you another exciting news – GeoSplit became a laureate of one of the most prestigious awards in the industrial and IT sector in Russia named "Priority".

On November 24, a solemn awarding ceremony for winners of the State Award for the Effective Application of Advanced Technologies "Priority 2.0" was held in the Great Hall of the Russian Public Chamber of Federation. The GeoSplit project for the digital design of fields and subsurface storage facilities for hydrocarbons based on monitoring reservoir processes using quantum markers became a laureate in the “Oil and Gas Industry” nomination.

“It is gratifying that the organizers of the award have already noted our contribution to advanced technologies. Nevertheless, Geosplit has a lofty development agenda. Our inventions are especially in demand now, in the situation of low prices for hydrocarbons dictate the need to increase the economic efficiency of production. We see further goals in the direction of digitalization, creation of digital twins of fields and access to foreign markets. We have taken the first step, but in the coming years we are planning to significantly develop the business in both directions” – noted Geosplit CEO Alexander Katashov.

This year, about 30 nominations were presented, the competition was held from May to October in several stages, including monthly online discussions, based on the results of which the expert council determined the best projects.
